Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the item is out of stock, it will be replaced with another garment of equal value or a refund will be issued.

If the garment is defective due to negligence, we will replace it with the same size and color free of charge. If the customer chooses to return the item, even if we have the defective item in stock, the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer's payment.
Promotional Activities: If the order includes a promotion/minimum purchase coupon at the time of return, an exchange is required to retain the discount/gift. Customers can return the item, but the promotion/coupon/gift used at checkout will be void (if the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the customer's refund).
